Sexual Harassment Prevention Training

About the Course

California law requires all employers of 5 or more employees to provide 1 hour of sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training to nonsupervisory employees and 2 hours of sexual harassment and abusive conduct prevention training to supervisors and managers once every two years.

As never before, workplace harassment prevention training is essential for educating employers and employees on what is acceptable and unacceptable workplace behavior. Effective training should send a clear message that it’s every individual’s responsibility to speak up and report incidents of harassment and retaliation.
